The Time Saver
Before your Wedding Day
- We have our 1st work meeting during which:
- We get to know each other so I can better understand your tastes and suggest some ideas
- We review all the services and details that go into a wedding
- I make you think about a date and a budget, as well as a schedule for the planning process
- I do an initial search on vendors within 15 days of this first appointment and send you the global vision and the estimated budget of your wedding
- I accompany you to the visits of the selected venues and help you in the choice and the reservation (which allows us to block a date)
- I assist you in choosing and the sending of the Save-The-Dates and invitations
- We book together your wedding vendors (you choose, but I am here to coordinate)
- I help you manage the guest list and create the seating chart
- If you don’t want to use a wedding designer, I can give advice for decoration
- And of course, I will brief the vendors and prepare a precise outline for your big day
- Just before your big day, we will have one last meeting to review together the general course of your wedding day and the useful and necessary items that you should not forget to bring with you
Wedding Day
- First, I go to your venue for an inventory and to get everything ready, to welcome vendors, to distribute the outlines, and to manage the unexpected
- I am present at the town hall to welcome your guests and to distribute petals or other items for your exit
- You can also count on my presence at the religious or secular ceremony to place and remove decorations and to distribute the itinerary for what’s next to your guests
- I hurry back to your reception venue to welcome and inform your guests, to make sure that the schedules are respected, and to coordinate the providers… And this until the arrival of the wedding cake and/or the opening of the ball
After your Wedding Day
- We meet again for a final debriefing
- I stay in contact with your photographer and videographer until they send you your photos and videos
Extras (for an additional cost)
- I give advice and accompany you during the choice of the outfits, wedding rings, wedding list…
- I help you with religious or secular ceremony preparations
- I create and/or order your Save the Date, invitations, ceremony booklets, menus, cards …
- I organize your rehearsal dinner and/or day-after brunch
- I clean and put away your decorations the day after the wedding
