What does this service include?

Entrust the planning of your big day to Perfect as Planned. Our trilingual team of wedding planners will work with you to create a unique and unforgettable event that reflects your image. 

From the preparations to the big day, we’ll be at your side to offer you a tailor-made wedding, where every detail counts.

Our process

Prior to your wedding

As soon as your quote has been validated and the first deposit is paid, we start planning your dream wedding!

  • During our first meeting:
    • We take the time to get to know you, understand your tastes and inspire you with creative ideas for your wedding in the South West of France.
    • We review the various aspects and details of your wedding, guiding you every step of the way.
    • Together, we define a date, a budget and a personalized plan for your wedding in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
  • Within 15 days of our meeting, we present you with a selection of reception venues in and around Bordeaux, together with an overall vision and an estimated budget.
  • We accompany you or visit the selected venues on your behalf.
  • We advise you on the choice and booking of your reception venue, making sure to block the ideal date for your wedding.
  • We help you choose your Save-the-date, invitations or wedding website, ensuring that they reflect the atmosphere of your wedding.
  • We search for and select vendors (caterer, photographer, DJ, etc.) that perfectly match your wishes and budget.
  • We book the suppliers together, leaving you the final choice and coordinating all bookings.
  • Throughout the planning process, we keep suppliers informed of the progress of preparations and update your wedding schedule.
  • We help you manage your guest list and create your table plan.
  • If you wish, we can help you organize your own decorations, providing advice and creative ideas.
  • We prepare a precise schedule for your big day and brief your suppliers, making sure that everything is perfectly coordinated.
  • A few days before your wedding, we meet for a final review of the schedule and to finalize the last details.
  • Our team arrives at the reception site to carry out an inventory and ensure that everything is ready.
  • We receive and check your furniture and decorations.
  • We start setting up indoor areas and prepare outdoor areas.
  • We welcome and supervise vendors as they carry out their installations.
  • We’re the first on the scene to welcome all the vendors, review everyone’s tasks and deal with any unforeseen events.
  • If you’re having a civil ceremony: We’re at the town hall to welcome your guests and vendors, manage the timing, coordinate your entry and exit, and make sure you’re taken care of by your drivers (if you’ve hired a transport company).
  • If you’re having a religious or symbolic ceremony: We’re at the ceremony site to set up your small decorations and/or furniture, welcome your guests and vendors, manage the timing, coordinate your entry and exit, make sure you’re taken care of by your drivers (if you’ve hired a transport company), and uninstall your small decorations and/or furniture.
  • And from your cocktail hour through to the evening, we’re at your reception venue to welcome and inform your guests, coordinate vendors, make sure schedules are respected, and set up or take down any small temporary decorations… And all the way through to the start of the party and dancing (which marks the end of the events to be coordinated).
  • We return to the reception site to finalize the removal of furniture and decorations.
  • We welcome and supervise vendors as they dismantle.
  • We take care of the return of your equipment.
  • If you wish, we can accompany you during the final inventory.
  • We meet for a final debrief and to share your impressions.
  • We stay in touch with your photographer and videographer until we receive your memories.

 

Your wedding is over, but our bond lives on!

  • We take care of the entire decoration of your wedding.
  • We create your customized stationery and/or signage.
  • We write and officiate your symbolic ceremony.
  • We help you prepare your religious or secular ceremony.
  • We organize and coordinate your welcome dinner.
  • We organize and coordinate your day-after brunch.
  • We expand our team for the installation and removal of your heavy furniture.
  • We expand our team to move your light furniture (e.g. chairs) during a short time frame.
  • We expand our team for the installation and removal of a starry sky or other ceiling decorations.
